1. Cleaning of tools, clamps, measuring tools, bed and parts, cleaning of iron filings and surrounding sanitation;

2. Check the oil level, which shall not be lower than the oil level, and add lubricating oil to all parts.

Weekend maintenance scope of grinder

1、 Clean

1. Remove wear debris, especially dead corner wear debris;

2. Wipe the surfaces of machine tool, oil tank, cooling box and other dead corners.

2、 Lubrication

1. Check the oil level of spindle box and hydraulic box and add enough oil;

2. Check whether the oil circuit is unblocked and eliminate the oil circuit fault.

3、 Tighten

1. Check and tighten all oil pipes, oil cylinders and other loose joint screws;

2. Check each hand wheel and tighten the loose screws.

4、 Adjust

1. Check and adjust the belt tightness;

2. Check and tighten the fixing screws of the grinding wheel;

3. Check and adjust the oil pressure.

5、 Anticorrosion

1. Remove the rust of each part and protect the painted surface from collision;

2. The guide rail surface, sliding surface, hand wheel and other parts exposed to rust of inactive and standby equipment shall be coated with oil for rust prevention.

1. Wash the bed surface, cross groove, water tank, water pump, oil holes, oil lines and felt pads, and check the cooling pump;
